Code of Conduct

M.J. Moran, Inc. conducts business in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws. Adhering to all rules and regulations; in a manner consistent with the highest standards of business and professional ethics

The professionalism of our employees has earned us respect in the industry. M.J. Moran employees are held to the following Code of Conduct standards to create and maintain an ethical work environment:

  • Honesty - Be truthful, honest, and forthright in all our endeavors; including with one another and with customers, community, suppliers and shareholders.
  • Integrity - Say what you mean, deliver what you promise, and to stand for what is right.
  • Trust - Build confidence through teamwork and open, candid communication.
  • Respect - Treat one another with dignity and fairness, appreciating the diversity of the workforce and the uniqueness of each employee.
  • Responsibility - Speak up, without fear of retribution, and report concerns in the workplace; including violations of laws, regulations, and company policies; and to seek clarification and guidance whenever there is doubt.
  • Accountability - Be responsible for what is in your span of control and encouraging others to do the same.

Safety Standards

Safety is of utmost importance to the organization. M.J. Moran is a member of the Western Massachusetts Safety Council and ABC Associated Builders and Contractors.  Both groups set strict standards for safety, and rate their members.  We are proud to have received the Platinum Safety Award from Associated Builders and Contractors Association (A.B.C.).

Our modification rate for the past three years is:  .85 (2015),  .87 (2016),  .90 (2017).

Paul Donah is our in-house President and Director of Safety.  He is a certified OSHA 10-hour instructor. We hold safety meetings with all persons involved in a job weekly on the job site.
